Episode 2: How to built stamina for running from 0 km to a marathon

In today’s episode I’d like to talk about such things as running, how to pick up this way of exercise, my personal tips on building strength and stamina for long running sessions and how I started my running journey from being able to run no more than 1 km to  completing  a half-marathon.
